I'm Dr Kizanne James, a global health equity consultant working with universities, public healthcare systems, and health- and community-focused Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) to build inclusive, culturally rooted solutions that deliver measurable impact.

I bridge frontline community experience with institutional expertise to co-design systems that empower vulnerable communities while reducing health disparities and the costly inefficiencies they create.

  • ●      Spearheaded financial recovery planning, generating £5.3 million in savings for a national healthcare system while maintaining quality care.

  • ●      addressing "intractable" problems within vulnerable and isolated communities.
